Rebecca Hatanpaa

Basketball/Academics/Babysitting

Rebecca is a junior at McLean High School. She plays basketball for McLean and has been playing for her travel team since the fourth grade. Outside of sports she participates in Best Buddies, McDance-A-Thon, St. Baldricks, and Relay for Life. Her favorite subjects are math and english.

Cab Fooshe 

Basketball

Cab is a junior at McLean High School. He has been playing golf for 13 years and basketball for 10 years. He played on McLean High School’s basketball team both freshman and sophomore year. He has a lot of experience in both sports and loves to help others improve.

Sydney Gleason 

Basketball/Soccer

Sydney is a junior at McLean High School. She plays varsity soccer at McLean and was a part of the basketball program as well. She has experience coaching kids and was voted coach of the year. She has also participated in Best Buddies, Relay for Life, and is a head for McDance-A-Thon.

Josh Bass

Lacrosse

Josh is a rising junior at McLean High School and he plays lacrosse. His favorite sports teams are the Washington Wizards and the Baltimore Ravens. He is also interested in journalism and wants to pursue it in college.

Griffin Stieg 

Baseball

Griffin is going to be a junior at McLean High School. He loves to be around and help kids. He plays baseball and he played varsity as a freshman and sophomore. He is also committed to Virginia Tech University to play baseball.

Simal Mann

Field Hockey

Simal is a junior at McLean High School. She plays field hockey for McLean and her favorite sports teams are the Washington Capitals and Wizards. She is a part of the leadership program at McLean as well as McDance-A-Thon. She is an active member of Model United Nations and interested in international relations.

Melanie Lindsey 

Academics/Field Hockey/Lacrosse

Melanie is a junior at McLean High School. She plays field hockey and lacrosse at McLean and she is interested in history and science. Her favorite sports teams are the Washington Capitals and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Tyler Jensen 

Academics/Babysitting/Lacrose

Tyler is a junior at McLean High School and has been skiing for 12 years. He is on the Bryce Resort Ski Team and races competitively. He was ranked the number one skier in Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina. He also serves as the youth representative on the McLean Community Center Governing Board and loves math and science.

Zora Rothenberg

Director - Volleyball/Academics/Babysitting

Zora is a junior at the Saint Stephen’s Saint Agnes School in Alexandria, Virginia. She has been playing volleyball for 6 years and she has played club volleyball for 4 of those years. She does have coaching experience coaching for McLean Youth Volleyball. Her other interests are Spanish, history, and english.

M U S I C

Emma Stone 

Piano/Tennis/Guitar/Art

Emma is a senior at the Madeira School in Great Falls, Virginia. She is a member of Best Buddies and an active member on the schoolwide community service board. She plays on Madeira’s tennis team and she loves to paint, draw, do ceramics, and play the guitar and piano.

Luke Valencic 

Guitar/Tennis/Academics

Luke is going to be a junior at McLean High School. He enjoys math, science, and technology classes and clubs. Outside of school he plays guitar and tennis. He is also interested in engineering and STEM. 

T E C H N O L O G Y

Eva Butler 

Computer Programming/Softball/Tutor/Babysitter

Eva is a junior at the Potomac School and she plays travel softball and squash. Her favorite sports teams are the Washington Nationals and UVA basketball. She is really interested in math, science, and computer programming.

C R E A T I V E  H O B B I E S

Gianna Russo

Soccer/Art/Academics

Giana is a rising junior at McLean High School. She loves to play soccer, paint, listen to music, and do puzzles. She plays varsity soccer for McLean’s high school team along with travel soccer for Herndon. Her favorite sports teams are the Washington Capitals and the Washington Nationals.

The location of the lesson is up to you. It can be at your house, the instructor's house or a mutually convenient location.
